Cold or Flu?

I was having a bad flu. Maybe I caught a cold and I was sneezing and having runny nose for the whole day. I heard tales that when someone is sneezing, probably someone is talking about the person or someone is thinking of that person? I'm not sure if it's true. But one thing I am sure, is that the flu bacterias adores me so much that made me feel terrible. When will the flu bacterias go away?
