Failed attempt on Frying Onions

I tried to fry onions today, but it turns out bad. 2 'F's. First and Failed attempt. Actually, I want to make fried onion rings, but I didn't get the right shape. Never mind then I thought, so I followed the methods on the recipe and still I couldn't get it right. The crumbs couldn't coat onto the onions. In the end, the dish doesn't look like fried onions, looks like 'chao ta' (burnt) onions. At least it looks like a fried item.



Perhaps might be frying onions again, but not so soon. Because I don't want to have so much fried stuffs often.
