I tried to whip up some dish today, and it turns out, at least edible. My dishes for the day, Stir-fry Spinach tofu with chicken and Black bean soup. I learnt this soup from the website, just that I make some changes in it. As for the Stir-fry Spinach tofu with chicken, I just cook it by heart, and I start to like the taste of spinach now.

I enjoy this dish very much, Stir-fry Spinach tofu with chicken.

I don't like the taste of my Black Bean soup.
The Black bean soup is quite a failed attempt. I found that the black beans are very hard and I don't like the taste. Howver, black beans is a nutritious food as they are high in antioxidants, fibre, vitamin B6, minerals...etc. It helps to protect people from getting heart diseases, cancer and negative effects of aging.
For black beans, I just washed it and rinsed off the 'blacky' water. Is this the way to do it? Maybe, I try to look for another way to make the soup next time.
