I have been craving for udon noodles these few days, so I decided to whip up a simple udon meal at home. The ingredients are all veggies, so it should be a healthy udon dish. It is my first time cooking udon, so I don't expect my udon dish to taste delicious. At least, it is still edible. Anyway, I somehow overcooked the broccolis. I should have cooked the broccolis in boiling water.
