My Easy Cooking for the day, POT-A-TO Pasta with tomato sauce. I tried cooking pasta before, but just want to try out using different ingredients. I find that the purple potatoes shouldn't pair up in this dish. It tastes quite weird with pasta, but I have to say the purple potatoes are delicious that I even hurt my finger while peeling the potatoes. Perhaps I should try it with other recipes.
