Review on 'Happy Tree Friends'

I just found out this cartoon called Happy Tree Friends on Youtube. It is a Flash cartoon series and every episodes is short. I went to google and discovered that this cartoon was already shown 4 years ago. It had also become a popular Internet show too but I'm just discovered the existence of this cartoon 4 years later. I'm bad in following trends, you can label me as 'country bumpkin'.

The graphics and story in Happy Tree Friends is very violent, bloody and gross in every episode. I watched a few episodes and luckily every episode last for 5 minutes or less. A horrifying black comedy indeed which makes it unsuitable for children and if you are having your meal, do not watch it. It will affect your appetite with those bloody scenes.

I get to know some characters of Happy Tree Friends after viewing a few episodes. There's Lumpy, Cuddles, Disco Bear, Giggles, Petunia, Flaky, Sniffles, Handy, Toothy, Russell, Flippy, The Mole, Pop & Cub...etc. The character that leaves me the deepest impression will be Lumpy.



As indicated in Happy Tree Friends website, it is a dim-witted blue moose. I find Lumpy is a 'blur sotong' which can makes one adore or hate him. The most scariest character will be Flippy.



When Flippy is around, the characters at the scene will be the unlucky ones. Cub is the best in Happy Tree Friends at the moment because I have not watched the entire episodes in Happy Tree Friends yet.



I guess I would still continue watching it when I'm free. Perhaps I'm not so addicted in this cartoon yet.
