I just have an unhealthy meal today and I guess I wouldn't like to have it anymore, not very soon. And now, I am still feeling very FULL. I searched my home and just found only a can of luncheon meat. I didn't have luncheon meat for a very long time, so I opened the can of luncheon meat and cooked it. It is the first time I ate the whole can of luncheon meat, about 397g. I wouldn't like to taste luncheon meat again because it's oily and salty. I drank lots of water but I'm still thirsty now. It will be better if there are vegetables in it. I prefer veggies rather than luncheon meat.
