My first try on cooking fried beehoon

This looks better, not too oily and wet.

'Stir-fry eggplant with Spicy Garlic Sauce'.

I never had eggplants when I was young but these few years, I was introduced to eat eggplants by my mum and I begin to love eggplants. I followed the recipe on a packet sauce (Sauce for Spicy Garlic Eggplant) by Lee Kum Kee. The sauce is not spicy at all and there is a strong aroma of garlic when you opened the packet. I added a few ingredients in it beside the minced meat as mentioned in the recipe. The result of the dish turns out great. I like the flavour and colours of the dish.
Delicious dish with a bowl of 香喷喷白饭.
